How important is client feedback to a service?
The answer to that is easy, it is incredibly important. Because of that we ensure that every single client of our service is provided with a feedback form to let us know how they found us – from their initial call, through the booking of their appointments, the information they were given and how they were treated by our staff. Of course, we also ask about how they found us as a service and, very importantly, how they found the mediation.
Not all mediation is successful and we understand that. There are many reasons why mediation may not come to a successful conclusion and the last thing we want is for us to be one of those reasons. By receiving regular, recent feedback we can ensure that we provide our clients with the best possible service available.
