The fee for your MIAM/assessment meeting is £99 (unless you are booking a joint MIAM which is £75 each). This is payable when booking your appointment. We accept payment by credit/debit card. This fee is refundable if you prove eligible for legal aid (subject to our cancellation policy) when you attend your appointment.
If you wish to pay by cheque you will have the opportunity to download a completed form to send along with your payment to: WYFMS, 33 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4PS.
Legal aid for family mediation
If you are currently receiving any of the following benefits: Income support / Income-based JSA / Income-based ESA / Guarantee Credit / Universal Credit, then depending upon your financial position, we should be able to offer your MIAM appointment under the legal aid scheme. If you do qualify then it will be at no cost to yourself. If you work, depending upon your earnings and savings, you may still qualify for legal aid. To clarify this, please visit the online legal aid eligibility check here or contact us on 01274 732768.
Information for solicitors
